1st stage. Task setting for valuation and preparation of the regulating documents according to valuation.
- Determination of the goal of evaluation execution.
- Preliminary survey of a valuation object.
- Selection of valuation methods.
- Drawing up a plan and schedule of works performance.
- Calculation of expenses, terms, distribution of duties and authorities of the representatives of the Customer and of the Executor.
2nd stage. Drawing up a contract for evaluation execution.
3rd stage. Collection and analysis of the information.
- Inspection of the object and surrounding territory.
- Collection of the economic data.
- Studying and preparation of the corresponding documentation.
- Consultations with the representatives of the Customer.
- Check of reliability of the collected information.
- Analysis and processing of the information.
4th stage. Calculation of estimated value of a valuation object.
5th stage. Coordination of the received results and deducing of the total cost value of a valuation object.
- Check of the received data about cost value.
- Assumptions and limiting conditions provided by completeness and reliability of the used information.
- Deducing of the total cost value.
6th stage. Drawing up of the report about a valuation object.
7th stage. Reports transfer and signing of the final documents.
Schedule of rendering services on object evaluation
The typical report about value assessment of the object contains:
- description of the valuation object;
- analysis and conclusions of the valuer concerning directions of the best and most effective using of the valuation object;
- industry analysis of the valuation object;
- analysis of the environment market of the valuation object;
- description of the used methods of evaluation;
- calculation of cost of the valuation object with using of various methods;

Features of the project on object evaluation
The main volume of the works on valuation of the property is carried out by the employees of the Executor’s company.
The Executor participates in the Project in the following way:
- executes a Contract;
- plans and organizes work;
- carries out evaluation of the object;
- checks the results of calculation;
- executes a report.
The Customer participates in the Project in the following way:
- determinates the goals of evaluation;
- concludes the Contract;
- prepares and gives the whole information, which is necessary for carrying out of evaluation;
- signs the Act of acceptance-delivery of the works.
The general duration of the Project is estimated by the Executor in 30-60 calendar days. In case of untimely granting the information, which is necessary for carrying out of estimation and other delays on fault of the Customer the general term of performance can be increased.
Cost of services
Cost of services of LLC "GLUVAUDIT" on evaluation depends on the following factors:
- labour intensity of works (the size of evaluated object);
- the goal of evaluation;
- the type of evaluation;
- the type and structure of a valuation object;
- completeness and reliability of the necessary information about valuation object;
- terms of the order performance.
Exact cost of services can be determined on the basis of discussion of valuation object and list of works. Cost of works can be corrected in both ways as in lower as well as in higher side.
