Standard Audit

It is implemented on a written request within a space of 10 days. The Customer is provided with a written account with information on the audit conducted.

Within the space of 90 minutes from the moment of receipt and registration of the request the Customer is provided with reference material-type information. The account is sent to the Customer e-mail address in the form of a table.

The account includes data of the Express audit and:

• Organization registration data (juridical address, INN [taxpayer identification number], OGRN [basic state registration number], alterations entered, founders).
• Registration address, certificate of domicile, presence of negative information on company founders and heads (including shares in other companies).
• Daughter and associated companies.
• Presence of negative information in relation to juridical persons.
• Presence of tax sanctions and claims from taxation bodies.
• Organization actual location.
• Systematized nonexclusive information about the organization.
• Organization activity analysis and brief recommendations in relation to interaction.
